Just spent ~$500 on christmas gifts for family/friends. Though the holidays will be filled with their smiles it makes me wonder what I can get off Craigslist for that amount.

My parents had a '99 Sportage 4x4 w/ a 5 speed. It was shit offroad. It got stuck in mud thinner than the sidewall. They all had faulty locking hubs.

Thats pretty disappointing but something tells me it's expected.

My runner up is this beaut. A 97 Monte Carlo with the 3.8 v6 and an odd mark on the hood.

"This was a project car I was going to rebuild but I never finished it due to school. I have unbolted the windshield and I still have it. I took out the seats and threw them away. I took off the engine and split the case. I have 3 engines blocks including the one I took off and 2 transmissions including the one still on there and a I have a couple of various tubs of vw parts to go with it. I'm selling everything for $500. The pictures show it before i started working on it. Text or call me for more info or pictures.
